All decisions about the direction of the company will be made by the Commanding Officer and NCO cadre, members are free to leave with no ill feelings, and there would be no restrictions on the members about dual membership in other Civil War units or in groups from other periods of history. NCO positions, when they come available, are to be filled through appointment by the Commanding Officer and NCO cadre of the company, with the consensus of the rest of the company. What determines selections of NCO qualifications are, dedication, courage, commitment, attendance, and knowledge of the position. Our members are required to equip themselves as authentically and as soon as possible, usually within a 18 month period.
